  8. My favorite activity is having the children draw a picture of themselves with their new markers or crayons. We do this again at the end of the year too!

  9. Congrats on your first 100 followers. Here is to many more!One of my favorite back to school activities is our Sneak Peak Night the night before school starts. Our kindergartners come to school to find out which classroom they are in and meet their teacher. We have a Glitter Jitter Poem we give them with a small packet of Glitter Jitter attached to help them sleep. Love seeing all the glitter coming back to school on them including me.

  11. I haven't had a classroom to do a back to school activity yet but when I do have my classroom, I know I'm going to start out with a scavenger hunt of the classroom so all the students know where everything is :)

  13. I saw the first comment and I am NOT copying - I love doing a classroom scavenger hunt with my students!!
    I take obscure pictures around the room and they have to find the items!! I make it very challenging!

  14. My favorite back to school activity is reading aloud Skippyjon Jones, I've read it on the first day of school every year and it builds the love of reading all about this beloved character. Congrats on reaching 100+ followers & thanks for hosting this great giveaway!

  16. My favorite BTS activity is to have the kids write about somewhere they went over the summer break. I hang up a U.S.A. map in the hallway and title it Our Summer Travels. I hang up their writing and a picture of each student next to the state they visited.

  17. Congrats on 100 followers!! My favorite back to school activity is showing the class a power point about me. You can just see them relax and enjoy seeing pictures of my kids, pets, and hobbies.   19. I guess you should be thinking about your 200 follower giveaway, soon, if you decide to go that route:) I'm 153!! My favorite back-to-school activity is watching the new Kindergartners go on their "teddy bear hunt", which is really just a tour around the big new school! My youngest will be a Kindergartner this year, and I can't wait for him to experience it!!!
